Rodney is co-founder of More In Common and a self-proclaimed "jack of many and master of some".  He’s currently a business development manager at Microsoft, a podcaster, corporate culture consultant, podcast consultant, and serves as the Chair of the Boys and Girls Club of Venice Board.  Uniquely gifted with the ability to connect with pretty much anyone, anywhere …a quality he's sure he got from his grandma… his goal is to help others do the same.  One of his core goals is to teach others that connecting with people isn't difficult and just requires a little compassion.
