We talk about the many ways she is helping clients with Office 365 and and realizing their business goals through technology and how she runs her growing consulting business and also works with students as an adjunct instructor and private corporate clients.

Her fun new side business hosting people on their first vacation cruises, teaching first timers how to get the most out of a cruising vacation – with her first learning tour happening this Autumn. We talk about her history and love of cruising including her favorites with some tips and tricks on how to get the most out of it. Cruising is one of the ways Sharon works on wellness in her life and we discuss finding that balance with busy lives in the tech industry.

Being a psychology major and starting her career in pharmacy. Wanting to go to medical school and then heading into IT through other jobs and how she has become a business owner in technology sharing her thoughts about what’s currently happening in the industry.

Sharon Weaver

Sharon Weaver is a SharePoint and Process Improvement consultant. Sharon's background in Business Analysis and Project Management combined with her Developmental Psychology degree and Six Sigma Black Belt blend perfectly with her love of helping and training people to make her a well-rounded consultant. 

Solving both process and technical problems, Sharon has the ability to understand her client's pain points and develop a plan to not only build solutions, but also drive adoption, educate, and manage team dynamics in a way not typically seen from technical consultants. 

Sharon speaks professionally at global events and teaches subjects such as Office 365, SharePoint, Business Analysis, Leadership, and other continuing education courses publicly as an adjunct instructor and privately for corporations. When she's not working, Sharon is likely reading self-improvement books or on a cruise out of the country with no access to communication.

Heather Newman

Heather Newman is an award-winning marketing maven, technology entrepreneur and an epic connector that brings many worlds together. She has extensive experience marketing products and services for Enterprise businesses, startups and emerging markets. Heather builds plans and processes that are nimble, human and different. She is an adept storyteller and is passionate about growth for both employees and the corporate bottom-line. Heather hails from the arts and the bulk of her career has been working with the largest technology companies in the world (Microsoft, Google, Amazon, NetApp, Hewlett Packard, and Dell). During her tenure, she helped launch multiple versions of the product, build the SharePoint Partner Ecosystem and conceived of and produced the first three Microsoft SharePoint Conferences. Creative Maven has produced thousands of global marketing campaigns and events. Currently CM is focusing on go to market strategies for Microsoft and its partners as well as a new site sister site launching in 2015 called Marketingfixer.com. Heather also serves as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Content Panda, an innovative technology startup looking to actively disrupt how content is delivered inside software.
