She has worked in corporate IT, technology marketing and executive management. As a service manager & business solution architect she has been responsible for the health & adoption of a variety of technology solutions. Karuana is also a community leader for the Office 365 Champions community for business users, IT Professional and aspiring adoption professionals and produces a YouTube channel, Coffee in the Cloud with training content for Office 365.
